WHY CDR-KING PRODUCTS CHEAP?
Well, I went to their website and find out why?
On the FAQ section this was written?
Why is your products so cheap? Are they fake? Are they generics?
We are not fakes or generics. Selling of fakes are illegal and generics are NO NAMES, we have a name, we are CD-R KING BRAND. We are cheap because the product is directly sold from factory to retail. No more agents (ahente) no more trading company in between.
CD-R KING BRAND is much cheaper than the other BIG brands because we do not pay ROYALTY to anyone. We design our own and the patent is our own.
We are the EXCLUSIVE distributor of many BIG BRANDS including MEMOREX(USA), HP MEDIA, IOMEGA, PHILIPS MEDIA, TDK MEDIA, RITEK, RIDATA, BENQ, ACER, IMATION and others. That is why we are the cheapest.
CHEAPEST THEY SAY?
Well the question is how about the quality of their product.
For my personal experience, their cdrs and dvds burn well for about
80% of my burnings. So what's the 20%? Rejects! After a month
their cds has reading failures, rainbow marks, and data losses...
I remember buying an HP CDR and used it, when returning back
to their store I saw sample cds that they claim are fake, and to my surprise
I found the HP cds that they sell to me and claiming it was fake.
Meaning they are selling fake ones before, but I don't know now.
On my personal opinion, once cd manufacturers test a piece of cd, just one cd with defect during the process, the entire batch will also be rejected. I think they sell it to this company,
And since the % of error in the batches are small some of the cds are working and some are not.
Which explains why cdrking sorts out cds before they sell it, however just by looking at it
you will not see the defects, only the scratches. Which also means why they are cheap, imagine they are selling a sony cd for about P8.00 then the one with the case sells for P40.00, that's a huge margin.
For other devices, like mouse, an optical mouse, the common problem with it is
they double click fast, which is annoying when browsing on the internet and playing some online games.
Headsets? Common problem is broken headband, microphone is dead for a couple of weeks.
Camera? I haven't found any problems with it so far.
MP4? Well usually the buttons wont last.
Their download area where the converters are doesn't work.
At least for this writing.
USB Flash Disk? Seems to be ok, the Kingston type.
Compatible Cartridges?
For the old epson printers which uses T038 and T039, its ok.
But for the new ones like cartridges from C90 they have a compatibility problem.
Inks? No problem at all, they are the cheapest.
Photopapers? The cheapest as well, 4x6 waterproof photopaper
just P1.00 a piece. Quality is good.
Bags? Great quality and design.
Game Controllers? Wont last long either too.
If you are a game addict.
So bottomline, some of their proucts are ok, but for the rest
look for other types, they are cheap but like some other
forum poster says, you are getting what you pay for.

USB DRIVE / FLASH DRIVE VIRUS REMOVAL TOOLS
WHAT IS A USB FLASH DRIVE?
A USB flash drive is a NAND-type flash memory data storage device integrated with a USB (universal serial bus) connector. USB flash drives are typically removable and rewritable, much shorter than a floppy disk (1-4 inches or 25-102 mm), and weigh less than 2 ounces (56g). Storage capacities range from 64MB to 16GB or more. Some allow 1 million write or erase cycles[1] and have 10-year data retention, connected by USB 1.1 or USB 2.0 or both. With nothing being mechanically driven in a flash drive, the name is something of a misnomer. It is called a "drive" because it appears to the computer operating system (and the user) in a manner identical to a mechanical disk drive, and is accessed in the same way.
A flash drive consists of a small printed circuit board typically in a plastic or metal casing and more recently in rubber casings to increase their robustness. This makes the drive sturdy enough to be carried about in a pocket, for example as a key fob, or on a lanyard. Only the USB connector protrudes, and it is typically protected either by a removable cap or by retracting into the body of the drive. Most flash drives use a standard type-A USB connection allowing them to be connected directly to a port on a personal computer.
To access the data stored in a flash drive, the drive must be connected to a USB port, either a host controller built into a computer, a USB hub, or some other device designed to access the data, such as an mp3 player with a USB-in port. Formatting Nokia S60 Phones
Does your Nokia S60 cellphone running slow?
A virus might have been affected it?
Maybe it needs to be reformated?
Recently I went to repair shops and they charge
quite a large amount of money, just to fix this kind
of problems.
Here are some codes that will make your phone
get better again and save you some money on repairs.
Just type the code in your S60 Cellphones.
CODES
*#0000# to find out firmware version and more information.
*#06# to find your IMEI number.
*#7370# to format your phone.
This will restore your phone to the way it was when you bought it.
Make sure your battery is charged or nearly full before you do it.
*#7780# similar to *#7370#
*#2820# to find out the bluetooth ip address of the phone
*#res0wallet# to erase all data stored in the wallet. lock code is required
Green, *, 3 to format the phone,
turn off and hold these keys while phone is rebooting.
do not let go until "formatting" appears and make sure
you have enough battery power (3/4 minimum)
How to reset/reformat a phone.
It may happens that a program corrupts the
C: drive of your phone. In such case, some data
can be lost of course but, more annoying,
some applications may not work or work only partially,...
On a Series 60 based phone, two key sequences
will allow to restore your phone to a cleaner state:
1) Normal Reset (*#7780#) : Restores ini files from rom but preserves user data (photos, 3rd party apps etc)
2) Deep Reset (*#7370#) : This reformats completely the C: drive. All applications and files stored on this drive will be lost and clean default files will be rewritten.
In both case, the phone will ask you a confirmation and you will have to enter a security code (12345 by default).
Files and applications stored on E: drive are not be affected by these sequences.
* Useful helps : Full phone formatting a 6600! Here to let everybody how to perform a Full phone formatting on a 6600! If you encounter situation like below on your 6600,
1. Blank screen phone unable to reboot. (Remove the battery and insert it again and restart but still the problem is on)
2. Phone only able to boot-up to "Nokia" word screen.
3. Install some program but not able to uninstall it after that. (if the problem is “unable to delete xxx, already in use by c:..” try to restart the phone first. Wait for a few minutes after restarting then try uninstalling it again but the problem is still there)
4. Unable to delete unwanted files on C drive. (Reboot the phone but the problem is still..)
Then U should reformat your 6600 phone! as steps below,
1. Make sure you have at least 3/4 charge of battery power left.
2. Backup your contacts list and personal files to MMC memory card or send them into your PC using IR or BT
3. Switch-off your 6600 phone.
4. Press and hold 3 keys;
i) Green dial key,
ii) * Star key,
iii) no.3 key on keypad
and then press the power on/off to swtich on the 6600 phone.
Remember, do not let go the 3 press and just hold the keys
until you see a formatting word screen show!
5. After a few minutes when the Full phone formatting completed,
your 6600 will back to original system and factory settting.

DOWNLOADING VIDEOS FROM YOUTUBE
1) Download YouTube Downloader here.
Note: The file is hosted by easy-share,
if you are having problems downloading
the file please go here for the tutorial.
2) Install the software by double-clicking on it.
If you are successfull you will see a
Youtube Downloader icon on
your desktop.
3) Now, go to youtube.com and search for
the video you want to download.
On the search results, right-click
on the video you want to download,
and choose Copy Shortcut. This will
enable the link to be copied on your clipboard.
4) Click the Youtube Downloader icon
to start the program. If you have the link in
your clipboard, YouTube Downloader will
automatically paste the link/URL in the
Enter Video URL field. Click Ok.
5) A Windows Dialog Box will appear, you have the
option to choose the location and to
change the filename of the file you are
downloading, however don't forget to put .flv
as the extension of the file. If you don't type it,
windows will search of a program that will play it.
6) If you are successful you'll see a downloading box like this.
Note : Download time will differ depending on the length of
the video you are downloading. However sometimes you
thought the download was done, and when you try to play
the file it doesn't play. This is due to corrupted download,
you just have to try downloading the file again.
